BMT Asia Awarded Eco-Factory Supporter 2024 (Eco-Excellence Level)

On September 23, 2024, Mr. Suksan Pentanyakan, QSHE Supervisor and representative of BMT Asia Co., Ltd., attended the Eco Innovation Forum 2024, where he received the Certificate of Honor for Eco-Factory Supporter 2024 (Eco-Excellence Level).

The Eco Innovation Forum 2024 was jointly organized by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and the Federation of Thai Industries under the theme “Now Thailand: Sustainable Futures.” The event took place at the Grand Hall, BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center, with the aim of publicizing the results and outcomes of the Smart Eco Industrial Town Project, as well as honoring factories that support the development of the Thai industry through green technology and innovation. This initiative seeks to create sustainable economic value and move towards “Carbon Neutrality” by 2050 through the 3Rs Approach: 1. “Reduce” carbon dioxide emissions that contribute to climate change; 2. “Renew” natural or clean energy sources such as solar, wind, or hydropower; and 3. “Recover” carbon that has been released by engaging in activities such as reforestation, investing in renewable energy, or purchasing carbon credits.

The Certificate of Honor for Eco-Factory Supporter 2024 was awarded to factories that have contributed to the Smart Eco Industrial Town development and advanced the efforts of industrial estates in Thailand to achieve the Thailand Eco-Factory Awards 2024.
