BMT treats mercury waste from two locations in Europe and Asia. In addition, BMT offers the possibility to treat waste streams on-site by installing mobile plants so mercury contaminated waste does not have to be transported across borders unnecessarily.
The mobile plant is built up within 4 weeks after which either local personnel is trained to start the treatment of mercury-contaminated waste streams or BMT delivers people who operate the plant for the period of time needed to process the mercury-contaminated waste.
The treatment capacity of our mobile plant is about 1.000 tons per year, depending on the type of waste.
We’re leading experts in providing advice, practical know-how and the safest, most sustainable mercury and NORM waste management solutions available.
